Gordon Galzerano
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Timberwilde Consulting Group
For over 30 years, Gordon Galzerano has become recognized as an accomplished business leader in the IT industry. He is a strong advocate for helping his clients and organizations build a thriving and inclusive culture, optimize go-to-market opportunities, accelerate employee productivity, and create customer-centric value.
Prior to founding Timberwilde Consulting Group, Gordon held leadership roles responsible for building, leading, and scaling Cisco’s Next-Generation Sales and Leadership programs to audiences worldwide. Gordon’s vision and leadership helped shape the sales organization’s approach to enablement in support of 20,000 sellers and sales managers globally. He held various sales and operations leadership positions across business segments throughout his tenure at Cisco, including Enterprise, Service Provider, Commercial, and the Global Partner organization. Gordon also served as the Sales Associates Program leader, overseeing all aspects of an organization designed to successfully integrate “early in career” account managers and systems engineers into Cisco.
Before joining Cisco, Gordon was responsible for Ingram Micro’s northeast sales operations. He is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Business Administration. Gordon and his family reside in Chapel Hill, NC, where he enjoys outdoor sports and sharing time with family.
Dawn Galzerano

Dawn has 20 years of experience in the technology industry. The depth and breadth of her business and leadership experience span across multiple functions, including Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Communications. She draws upon two key strengths: her passion for connecting the power of people, innovation, and technology to accelerate positive change in the world; and her extensive experience leading transformational initiatives within global organizations.
Dawn is a thought leader behind numerous inclusion and diversity solutions to support goals of accelerating diverse talent, building inclusive and collaborative environments, strengthening company cultures, and empowering employees and communities. She has helped set the bar for inclusion and diversity in the technology industry by innovating award-winning solutions and practices and leading the foundational first steps from strategy to execution on initiatives such as pay parity, social justice, diverse talent sponsorship and career acceleration, conscious culture, strategic partnerships, innovative learning and development, diversity data and analytics, and global programs that enable opportunities for people of all abilities.
The business outcomes Dawn has achieved helped to drive measurable value for Cisco and its employees across the full spectrum of diversity and contributed to the company’s first-ever placement on Fortune’s Top 10 Best Places to Work for Diversity at #7 in 2018 and rapid rise to #2 in 2019.
Dawn has also led sales teams responsible for enterprise strategy and planning, global GTM initiatives, business operations, strategic programs and initiatives at scale, communications, change management, and sales enablement. She has expertise in top global enterprise and small business segments.
